I am living in a fully furnished beautiful 2-bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in the Oranjezicht/Gardens area - (1min walk to Garden Centre) I am offering to rent out the second bedroom which is available from the end of May. It has a double bed with linen, lots of cupboard space and a separate guest bathroom with shower & bath which would be your own. Also included in rental: Wi-Fi, Water & Electricity Domestic once a week My apartment is on the 1st floor with a city view out front and a stunning view of Table Mountain at the back. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all appliances including fridge/ air fryer/ coffee machine/ stove / oven/ microwave/ washing machine. Shared lounge / dining space. I’m renting it out for R 12 000 per month and a upfront deposit of R 10 000 for security. Other facilities include: A swimming pool at the complex Private security/gated complex Visitors parking inside the complex
