About the room
Please note it is a room to shares in a upmarket complex. Not the entore complex Based in a security complex in Sonneveld. Just off the Carnival Mall offraml P. There are two bedrooms available. One has queen size bed. Both rooms has built in cupboards with an optional fold up cupboard. There is a garage if needed. Utilities is prepaid and to be shared. It is about 3km from Carnival Mall and 1km from Spar. Very safe and secure with own remote. Look forward to helping you out.
About the roomies
Please just someone with sober habits We are very quiet people and do enjoy a braai every now and then. We have dogs but they will become your best friends. The bathroom is too be shared with another tenant. It is a shower bath in one with a toilet next to the room. Communial areas is the living room, kitch and garden.
