Preference will be given to male students. -The room is furnished and student will have access to the whole furnished house and his own privacy for most of the time. -Facilities Shared in house: Bathroom, toilet, Kitchen, washing facilities,  -Secured covered parking for 2 vehicles -Electricity and water included -Wifi + Dstv available 

-Cravenby is central to Ravensmead, Parow, Belhar, Bellville, Epping in the Northern Suburbs.  The house is also close to: University of Western Cape - Belhar, CPUT Bellville, and many other colleges, Unisa Parow Campus, Stellenbosch University - Tygerberg Campus, -All public transport accessible, if not own vehicle,’ -Shopping malls and hospitals (public and private)
