I have a 2 beds apartment in Germiston cbd next to Home Affairs for rental, excluding utilities, inviting students only, we do not take anyone else but students few spots left

We currently have students boarding , nice boys who are friendly in one of the rooms. We have a big bathroom and toilet with plans to install 3 showers already in the pipeline, we expect our students to pay for utilities/ water and electricity, we will require an upfront R500 for the set of keys and gate tag deposit, refundable at the end of stay. We need responsible and organised young adults, unlimited Wi-Fi access, beds and pillows are provided, call for more information.
