I’m renting a 2-bedroom apartment with my girlfriend in Mitchells Plain, Lentegeur, Farm - Our preference would be female due to my work commitments

The total monthly rent would cost - R5000

This would include: Electricity Water Food (Where you can open the fridge and eat, Home Cooked Meals Included) Wifi: Rain mb Line Entertainment Access: Netflix, AppleTV+, Disney+, Prime Video, HBO (Etc) Shared use of Appliances (This include the stove, kettle, fridge, washing machine, etc)

You don’t need to worry about cooking - My girlfriend will be doing the cooking for us.

I work Monday to Friday at a Legal Insurance company for which I am completely my Paralegal & Conveyancing Studies, I leave at 6:45am and return just after 6:00pm or just before 7:00pm

My Girlfriend (Cleo) works Monday to Friday at an Autoworks company for which she leaves at 5:00am and return just after 4pm
