The room is in a ground floor apartment in Parklands. It has ample cupboard space. The apartment itself is fully furnished with appliances for your use. The rent amount includes water, electricity, wifi(with back for loadshedding), and basice household cleaning supplies. The complex has mycity bus stop in front of the gate. NB.
