The house is on a very large safe property and has a big garden with plenty privacy/security to relax and chill. We are situated just 670m away from Olivedale private hospital and a big shopping center . Public transport/Uber just around the corner. And the main roads Malibongwe/Witkopen is within short walking distance.

We offer a 6 month, 12 month lease. After your lease period is up Your lease falls under a month to month with 60 days notice required . Rent increase only applicable after 12 month’s. (Deposits to secure the room before you move in are not returnable if you do not take the room - security deposit) R2000 to secure room.

We are a small private owned semi- furnished house share. With only 5 rooms/5 tenants in our main house, we are looking for one single responsible working Male/ female adult to take on the room.
