I do not want a roomie I need a private room of my own with a small kitchenette and own bathroom, warm water included, preferably in a quite, decent persons back yard IN SPRINGS CBD, walking distance to all the shops in town. I can pay R2000pm. I am sober, do not drink at all, very clean and neat, quiet, mostly at home do not walk around, do not visit anyone and do not want friends or people visiting except my family.
